Personal Injury Evaluations
Since the early 1980s, I have conducted psychological evaluations regarding injuries sustained in the aftermath of sexual trauma, emotional and/or physical abuse, wrongful death, serious accidents, and discrimination related to age, race, sex, and sexual orientation, among other factors. These have involved a review of records, comprehensive interviewing of the client, the administration of a battery of psychological tests, and conversations with collateral sources. I have been retained by both plaintiff and defense counsel to perform such evaluations and provided testimony by deposition or at trial many times.
